Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2021, entered in Case No. 2020CA000133 in the Circuit Court in and for Okeechobee County, Florida, wherein LLONALD E. MIXELL is the plaintiff and JOHNNY W. GASKINS; MARY D. GASKINS are Defendants. Pursuant to the Order entered herein on January 29, 2021, the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller of Okeechobee County, will sell at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, via live sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 5th day of May, 2021, at the Okeechobee Judicial Center, Jury Assembly Room on the Second Floor, 312 NW 3rd Street, Okeechobee, Florida 34972, the following described property as set forth to wit:
Lot 267, Treasure Island Unit 8, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page(s) 91, of the Public Records of Okeechobee County, Florida.
ADDRESS: 2903 SE 19th Court, Okeechobee, FL 34974
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
